Hi, would really appreciate some advice from more experienced users. I’ve just bought the Falcon a1. Set it up today, went through the calibration fine everything working as it should then it asked me to download the newest firmware which I did. After restarting everything I went onto the falcon workspace to try it out and now it won’t do anything. I’ve gone through numerous troubleshooting guides and YouTube videos trying to resolve the problem but just can’t get it to work. The camera is showing as connected and calibrated and is recognising the QR codes for materials but does not work on workspace and when I click on frame the laser moves slightly then stops and the machine starts beeping and the start button is flashing white. I really have no idea what the problem is.
Is the enclosure closed? Bot top and front door?

It shows the same behavior with Falcon Design Space when run from the computer directly and also when engraving a file from a SD card?
I uploaded the newest firmware and the issue with the laser seems to have resolved itself now, although I haven’t checked if it’s working today. The problem I have now is that the camera isn’t working in design space. It works fine during calibration and it recognises the QR codes for material but it won’t work before engraving. I’ve had an email from creality asking for the details of the problem so hopefully they will get to the bottom of what’s wrong. Really appreciate your help.
