QR code on screen never refreshes and never appears
Always says wifi is connected but the Design Space software cannot find device.
Suspect calibration does not work
Losing patience, going to pack it up and send it back
So you want to use it via the Falcon Design Space app, you scan it with your phone and then?

Great, it works for someone else, that doesn’t help me. On MY device the wifi seems to connect but the QR code never refreshes. Before you ask, my network is rock solid with every other device.
And No, I don’t want to use it on with Design Space, I was just trying to get something working because USB drops off repeatedly also.
Any other suggestions?
Firmware updates and doing a factory reset also don’t help?
The USB disconnection issue usually comes from the cable, if you have a high quality brand name USB-C cable try that one and see if it works. If you’re using it with a USB hub, try without that and plug it directly in a USB socket of the PC.
Firmware reports there is no update available. Tried several computers and brand name not cheap certified cables without a USB hub. Factory reset improves or changes nothing. QR code does not refresh. . It’s crap. Waiting for customer serv irs to reply.
And still waiting for customer services. They replied and tome a shop technician will reach out, that was 3 days ago and I have heard nothing. They really are rubbish.
They are currently on a holiday (labor day) and will come back to work on the 5th of May. I think it’s the third largest holiday after Chinese New Year and National Day there.
