I have a Falcon2 Pro 22W, and have just tried to use it.
Initialises, homes and frames correctly, so can read the SD card.
But will not start to cut/engrave when I press the start button - the indicator light keeps on with a slow green blink.
Any ideas?
Are you using the SD card with on it the engrave/cut file? If yes then most probably the g-code file is corrupt / not readable from the card
see Google Search
and click on the link below “Here’s a more detailed breakdown:”
It says:
Creality Falcon2 Series (12W/22W/40W):
- Blinking Green (or slowly pulsing green): Indicates the machine is in standby mode and ready to work.
- Solid Green: The laser module is clean and ready.
- Orange: The lens is slightly dirty, and it’s recommended to clean it.
- Red: The lens is seriously dirty, and you should stop the current work and clean it.
- Flashing Yellow: The machine couldn’t read the G-code file on the TF card.
- Flashing Purple: The machine is in firmware upgrade mode.
Other Creality Falcon Models:
- Blinking Green:
May indicate an issue with the TF card (not recognized or poor connection) or a connection problem with the computer.
- Solid Green:
Indicates a good connection to both local and internet networks (may vary by model).
- Flashing Green (with beeping):
Could mean the machine failed to recognize the G-code file on the TF card or the TF card slot connection is poor.
