I have a new Falcon2 Pro 6OW laser and the lens light keeps coming on. The first time this happened, I cleaned the lens (even though the machine was Brad new and had only just started cutting balsa wood). I reset the laser and started printing again. Then, less than 20% through a material test matrix created in LightBurn, the lens light came on again. This time I didn’t bother cleaning the lens again, I just reset the laser. It then printed the test sample but the light cam on again. This is now a repetitive process and I cannot move forward.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks in anticipation.
If resetting and cleaning the lens does not help, there is likely something wrong with the module. Have you contacted the support?

Did you receive any response from Creality support? It seems I have a similar problem, although I’ve had the laser for 5 months and it was fine until now.
Everything was fine until yesterday. Since yesterday, the “Lens” light keeps turning on during cutting. I reset, continue working, and it turns on again after a few seconds. I turn off the device, clean the lens, turn it back on, and the problem reoccurs. The lens light only turns on during cutting, not engraving.
I have Falcon 2 Pro 40W.
I have the same problem. Got in touch with the helpdesk from Creality. Now I have to wait for the technical service. In China they have a week vacation because of a aniversery day in the country.
Hope to find a answer on the internet, because I have a customer waiting.
Thanks for the reply. I spoke with support on WhatsApp, and they advised me to upgrade the firmware. I did that, but it didn’t help. However, with the second one, where you connect the card to the module, the lights stayed solid orange instead of blinking from left to right, so I’m not sure if it was done correctly. I’m waiting for a response from support again, as I was informed that they are not working at the moment.
