I had smoke creeping out the crack between the exhaust hose adapter and the side of the enclosure as well as the hose connection where the wire wraps. I replaced the fan grill with this foam gasket cut from 2mm craft foam. If you want to leave the grill in place, I’d recommend cutting two gaskets and putting them on both sides of the grill. You may need longer M4 bolts then.
I still had smoke coming out the hose connection so I wrapped the hose connection with tape and that eliminated any smoke getting out so it all goes out the end of the hose now.
I cut this with a 40W laser at 3000 speed and 20% power in a single pass in Lighburn.
Hope this helps.

I am having the same issue. The top is not completely sealed and has leaks on all sides. Is it ok to seal the leaks and make it airtight?

Are you running the exhaust fan or no?
I have the exhaust fan running. It is going directly to the fume extractor
The fan on the pro is pushing air out of the enclosure creating a vaccum inside of it. From the Pro enclosure, the only place I found smoke leaking out was the black plastic hose connector I had to put a cut gasket on and tape. See link above. No issues with sealing this up this way to stop the leakage.
Thanks for the idea, by any chance has anyone moved the Fan from the left to the right side… if so how do you go about extending the wiring?
If you look where the fan connects on the front of the lid, there is a similar socket on the other side that you plug the fan into if you move it on that side.
Thanks for that… didn’t think it would be that easy
Thanks also @dadsworkingonit for the anti rattle slat brace you had on your printables site - i dont have a 3d printer, so ended up converting it to a svg file and cutting it with 3mm mdf - worked perfect - ended up cutting some holes into my border and putting the holders through there to hold the corner border and slats in place… No time to get into making some useful things - dont know where to start

I had the same reaction when I went to look about moving that fan. Another fan power socket… sweet!
Glad those parts help! If you could please post a make, it could inspire others.
