I have a brand new K2 Plus. My filament must be older than I thought and broke in the tube. I can’t figure out how to get the tube out of the head. My connector is different than the one in the video. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
pull out that black retention clip (you’ll see that it’s open in the back) and then just press down on the coupler and pull the ptfe out

Once you get your printer back in action, print out a tool to assist with PTFE removal. There are many out there but this one is my favorite. It allows you to confidently place even pressure on the pneumatic coupler ring and makes the remove process a whole lot easier.
