Ferret Pro do not works with Wireless bridge!

I bought a Ferret pro about 6 days ago and so far I haven’t been able to scan anything with the wireless bridge! My cell phone is an iPhone 11, I can even connect to WiFi, but the Creality Scan app never recognizes this connection! I’ve tried everything, turning off all the routers at home, restarting the system about 20 times, but nothing works! Anyone having this same problem? I saw in the creality scan review on apple app that other users are experiencing the same thing.

Same here. My Asus Tuf connected to wifi bridge via wifi6 protocol, crealityscan doesnt recongnize the scanner

Currnetly using usb 3.0 for scans.

Hello,
I had the same frustrating problem with my Iphone 12
This solved it for me,

  • Disconnect VPN
  • Go into “Ferretxxxx” Wireless network setting and uncheck “Limit IP Adress Tracking”
    Hope that helps.

Have they fixed this yet? The Creality scan app doesn’t connect to the wireless bridge on iPhone 15

No, the seller send me a new one

I’ve had a similar issue connecting to the WiFi using Windows 10, Android, iOS and macOS. Direct cable connection was working, but not the WiFi. After much frustration it turned out to be the short cable that was supplied for between the WiFi box and the Ferret device. When I replaced it with another USB A to USB C cable the WiFi connection started working from all devices. CrealityScan detected the Wifi and camera, and prompted to update firmware on both. Scans are now working as expected from all devices.

Might be worth others trying as well

I Have a Solution

I have been scraping the web with the very same problem of not being able to connect to the wireless bridge of my Ferret Scanner.

On my cellphone I was connecting to the Bridge’s WiFi (Ferret_xxxxx) but the Creality Scan App wouldn’t detect it.

SOLUTION
I had to enable airplane mode, and connect only to the Ferret_xxxx WiFi network. This almost immediately let me connect to the device.

I am using the Creality Scan version 2.2.12 from the play store on an Android Phone (Motorola g82).

I have a Ferret Pro Scanner.
