Just a little bit of heads-up, I’ve been using my scanner for some time without too many problems but to-day the iPhone started to make an automatic emergency call when I was scanning an object.
I discovered the phone case on my iPhone was being crushed by the Ferret mounting and operating the phone buttons causing the phantom call.
I was careful when fitting the iPhone to the bracket so as to miss the buttons but there must have been enough movement in the iPhone case to operate the buttons.
I hope that’s useful and will prevent the emergency services being plagued by Ferret users!
