First time attempting to use my scanner (Ferret Pro) downloaded all the required updates and through Troubleshooting have reached the point that the Windows 11 OS recognizes the scanner as plugged in and the Scan 4 software says it’s ready to scan but the camera won’t come on. Checked camera permissions in Windows setting and everything seems as it should be. Is there a solution other than sending it in for repair?
