Hi, I had purchased the Ferret scanner during a flash sale earlier this year. At the time of purchase I didn’t realize the base model wouldn’t work with my iPhone. When I realized that I saw that there was an upgrade for the scanner to work with the iPhone, so I went to purchase it but it was out of stock with a notify me when back in stock. I used the notify me, but never received an email.
I finally contacted support and they told me it would be in stock 3 to 4 weeks. After 6 weeks without hearing anything, I contacted support again, but now they said “At this time, we’re unable to provide a confirmed release date or availability information.“
Does anyone know if this kit is even going to be available?
