Filament in Extruder, wont use CFS (other issues, new to 3d printing)

I am absolutely brand new to 3d printing and have had many issues just trying to print a single piece on this Hi Combo. The first two prints flew off the hot bed and didn’t print correctly, then now I can’t even print a single piece after that with Filament load/Extruder issues. I also should mention the moving of the bed portion during the first print sounded like the wheels would fall off - very loud. The 2nd print i was able to slow the speed and it was significantly quieter however the piece still went off the hot bed didn’t complete.

Getting frustrated here, as it’s a brand new unit and I followed all the instructions for install and setup.

I am currently printing something small now, and so I asked it to use the spool filament since it seems to be having issues loading from CFS. From my understanding the printer is using the filament in the tube that is directly connected to the extruder? (right term, the drawing device?) but wont properly load the CFS filament on command now.

Please help explain how I can perhaps Flush the filament in the tube and ask this thing to use the CFS filament, or if it’s simply ok to use the filament in the tube and then reload using the CFS filament. And also if you can provide tips on how to keep prints from flying off the bed
