Filament jamming in Bowden tube

Hi.
I have been 3D printing now for several years, I have just purchased a Creality Ender 3 v2 Neo and I am having a problem I have never come across before. Half way through a print, I get a massive retraction, possibly around 150mm or so. The filament is obviously cooling down inside the Bowden tube and sets solid way back into the tube a clogs it up solid.
I have never had this problem before until I started using this Ender Neo and now its happened twice in 36 hours. I have even replaced the Bowden tube with a Creality premium quality tube and the printer is only 1 week old.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I am just a rookie hereā€¦ 150mm retraction? That is half a foot. Does it happen all the time? Sounds like a slicer problem. Do you have your slicer set up properly for the V2 Neo?

It does not sound like a printer problem. Unless it does not understand one of the commands. (Which goes back to a slicer problem)
