i thought my filament was stuck in the nozzle so i removed the nozzle, but the filament seemed to be stuck further up the head. without the tip I still cant remove the filament. seems to be stuck closer to the extruder motor. i tried to pull it out but i am pretty sure the filament will break if i pull harder. i replaced the nozzle and heated up to 220 and tried to extract the filament but it wont budge. i suspect i need to take the extruder motor out t find were its stuck, Sound like the best next thing to try.
two questions: does this sound right? Are there good instructions for doing this available?
