Filament stuck in extruder

So when i was printing the printer didnt get any filament out.

Tried pulling filament out with heated nozzle did not work.

Unscrewed the extruder part and dissassembled it. Was bit of a hassle since there was still filament stuck bit got it done.

Only problem left is the following , in the plastic part of the extruder (the plastic cover that goes over the gears. There is a really small part of filament stuck just before the gears and the top part of said plastic part. Any tips welcome

You just might have to use tweezers or the filament cleaning tool that came with the printer. I think they still include it..

Don’t forget to put that tiny bearing back in.

Its in the red circled area , where the filament feeds into the extruder gear.

Use the wire tool that came with the printer to push it out or a paperclip you unbend and push it thru from the top hole til it pops out.

Good news I got the piece of filament dislodged.

I took an Allen key that fitted into the filament opening and pushed the filament down as far as possible. After that I pushed it further out with a declogging needle.

after reassembling and testen the extrusion all worked well again.

Great! Those tiny pieces can be hard to find.
