when I hover over the img files download icon etc the mouse changes but am unable to actually download any of the image files.
I can open the manual but not the firmware.
Anyone else experiencing this

Do you know where I can download the CFS_V1.1.2.10.bin so I can roll back my CFS before I roll back the K2. New software upgrade is causing numerous print failures and I just want to roll back to the previous versions for both. Can’t find the .bin file.
The IMG files are iso images, so you can mount that as a drive and get to the contents…
But… you shouldn’t have downgrade the CFS manually, if you just pick an earlier fw release “that updated both” and use the factory reset wipe_all process (empty file on the USB stick of that name, & reboot)
I.e install a 2 or 3 older fw, then upgrade to latest, “should” work…
As far as I recall, CR0CN240110C10_ota_img_V1.1.1.5.img, was a stable-ish dual K2 & CFS update… I just remember 1.1.1.7 being a nightmare
I wouldnt name it that, as it will stop the next release from working also…
A better name to try woukd be ****V1.1.1.5.1.img
Or 1.1.1.6.img then you are only blocking 1 minor point release.
