I bought and Ender 3 S1 a few years back. Now the Creality or Cura slicer doesn’t transfer all the setting into the G-code, so my prints are becoming garbage since I can only play with a few of the settings on the display on the printer. I contacted Creality, but their only answer is to make sure the slicers as well as the printer are up to date. I never update the printer, and it runs firmware version: V3.2.1_Nine_C. I looked online in Creality Cloud for updates, and this is the 08/10/2023 version. But in their Cloud, as well as on their website this is the latest update date, so it looks like the printer has the newest firmware version. Unless there is more recent firmware that I cannot locate anywhere…… If anyone knows, please let me know. Creality support is just not giving an answer to such simple questions. They just keep saying: “Update to the latest firmware”.
Otherwise, is anyone else experiencing the issue of slicer settings not coming through in the G-code?? Any suggestions there???
