Ime trying to flash the firmware for my Creality 10w laser.
I was told by Creality to find the creality cloud download. Firmware -Universal Edition.
I cant find this firmware and I’m told it does not exist.
Can anyone give me the proper firmware for the 20w laser machine?
Make sure you use the correct firmware…

Hi jimandyen, ive downloaded this firmware. The problem is it wont flash the machine.
My main problem is the laser module only travels left to right and viceversa.
Creality support tells me to load the Universal edition.
Ive told them to find it for me and email to me.
Totally frustrated with the incompetence of the creality support
Sorry… Yeah I’m not sure where that “Universal” edition is…
I really think that something got lost in the translation and what they are saying is do a search for universal edition which will show all the firmwares. Just pick the one for your machine…
How are you flashing it. ?
Use formatted blank media with only the firmware on it.

Ive followed all the youtube instructions on the different videos I’ve watched.
I’ve bought a new flash drive ‘32GB’ because i was told the one i was using ‘64GB’ was too big.
I dont believe they know what support means. I also believe i am speaking to different people based on the questions i get asked.
Its as if their learning on the job.
When the firmware loads properly as the machine accepts the firmware its supposed to beep continously during the process.
I get one beep and then later on another two beeps.
