Flacon 2 laser module beeps and creeps up the side when the usb to the camera is connected

Hi , I have the falcon 2 .

The problem is when the usb cable is connect to the camera the laser head starts beeping and gradually move up the side to the back. So i cant use the camera.
This is what i found so far.
The usb to the camera has been renewed but it still happens
The usb can be connected to a separate computer that is not connect to the laser machine, it still happens.
It seems to be a problem with the connection? , or is it a software issue?
Has anyone had this issue and how did you fix it?

Gab es schon eine Lösung für das Problem?

Ich habe exakt das gleiche Problem. Ohne Kamera kein Problem. Wird diese aber angeschlossen piepst das Gerät und fährt schrittweise nach vorne. Auch das tauschen des Usb-Kabel hat keinen Erfolg gebracht.
