While I don’t plan on using the camera a lot, I do use the image to check on the print status while not near the printer.
On my HI printer, the image is almost non-usable.
I don’t see any film on the lens from shipping, it seems like the focus is about an inch from the camera. There doesn’t appear to be any adjustments that can be done.
Thoughts on clearing up the image?

Not sure on your model printer, but the Nebula camera has a focus ring you can adjust.

I’m only familiar with the Nebula cam.
Some things to check:
Is there any way to turn the cap or the lens on the camera…?
Is there another part that’s supposed to go on it for focus that might have fallen off.?
Thanks, I reached out to customer support and got a response with a video on how to remove the camera assembly and clean the lens.
I did that and noticed that the lens could be turned in or out to adjust the focus. Even with it adjusted all the way in (which was the way it made the image become a little more in focus), it’s still quite blurry.
I replied to customer service, we’ll see what they say.
