So i got my ender 3 v3se and it ran like a champ non stop basically for 2 weeks non stop printing bins trays and orginisers.
Hot end ruptured and i replaced it. Fixed
Fan bearing went out. Replaced. Fixed
Developed a z offset issue. Reset. Fixed
Still happy at this point as im working it like a dog.
Now it prints rafts just fine but as soon as it comes to parts with or without rafts it acts like it suddenly wont feed. Ill end up with a perfect raft with wispy blobs or if without a raft just super fine hairs that go to nothing. Now mind you these are parts ive have printed stacks of.
As of now i have:
resliced in case it was a corupted file. No luck
Clened/replaced nozzles.
Leveled looks good. exactly the same as when i started
Made heat and z
offset adjustments boath in cura and on the fly to see if it could be coaxed to work. No luck
Is there something else im missing? When left alone once it got 3 inches off the deck with basically no strings like i expect from a failed print.
Yes obviously its cutting into the filament but only after printing a perfect raft. Like its just shutting off the hot end and deadheading the filament.
