Got 2 defective k1 printer2

2 k1 printers not working ,changed hotends ,1 throwing up error codes all different ,currently e5oo
run out ideas creality customer support no help ,these are only 6 weeks old ,bought of amazon were apparently i had 30 days to return , vendor not replying ,
anybody advise me on my option ,prefarebly to return them ,

I’m guessing you are past the the 30 day return window on Amazon ?

Send all receipts, videos and id info to them. They are busy I’m sure so it might be a few days for an answer.

Try addressing to @Collin here on the forum. He is very helpful for getting things done. :slightly_smiling_face:
