I’m a complete novice, this printer has been great for a while but now it’s doing this thing when it reaches the top of the printer, it’s also printing spaghetti. I’ve changed the nozzle, calibrated it, i don’t know what to do. Any ideas?

Please pass the PTFE tube and toolhead cable through the back of the support rod.
Fix tool head cable to the clips in right way(there is stickers on toolhead cable)
Turn of printer.
move toolhead by hand and reach manually to the endstop switch.
should reach to switch without any Excessive stretching.
Next, tighten the top screws of the support rod outwards.
If the screwa facing inward, when the printer head wants to move towards the endstop switch, that screw will prevent proper contact and this sound will be produced.
Do this steps.
