I am experiencing a serious issue with my Creality HALOT SKY 2022 resin printer.
The printer turns on normally, the UV LEDs work, and the mirror is clean.
However, the LCD does not display any layer image during printing, and the problem persists even after installing a brand new original 9.25’’ 6K mono LCD.
Description of the problem:
· During printing, the UV backlight turns on, but the LCD remains completely dark.
· No layer pattern is projected on the LCD surface.
· Running Clean Screen also produces the same result: the entire center area stays dark.
Actions already taken:
1. Installed a brand new original LCD panel (9.25’’ 6K mono) specifically made for HALOT SKY 2022.
But, no improvement.
Please advise:
1. How to properly diagnose whether the issue is the LCD driver board or mainboard?
2. Do you have official replacement parts for the HALOT SKY 2022:
· LCD driver board
· Ribbon cable
· Mainboard (if required)
