Having issues with extrusion :(

So I am drawing a blank and while still new to 3d printing it is really throwing me for a loop. My prints get through the first few layers and then the filament starts getting stringy like it isn’t feeding properly. It eventually gets clogged in the nozzle/bowden tube. I have taken the whole thing apart and cleaned everything, tried adjusting tension on the extruder gear, and tried swapping out nozzle, bowden tube, and extruder gear. I also noticed that one of the 2 fans was hung up with a piece of plastic so I freed that, it kicked back on, and even with both still having the issue. I also tried adjusting nozzle temp (PLA+) running it at 215.

I am going to try to continue to increase nozzle temp this afternoon, but any other suggestions for trouble shooting would be tremendously helpful!

My PLA runs well at 220. I had a filament feed issue when the filament got crossed during storage and rethreading. When running, it was having to pull filament from under another loop of filament. Filament, with a high moisture content, can do some strange things when the moisture boils off in the nozzle.
