Hi all
I’m getting the following warning on my Sonic Pad
USB1 Ender-5 S1 abnormal heating, please turn off the printer power immediately, and check the configuration file
It’s not the hotend itself as I’ve tried a new one and still get the warning. I’m wondering if it’s the breakout board or the ribbon cable

Its most likely ribbon cable usually, if you already confirm via multi meter the hotend heater / thermeristor is alright.

The ribbon cable arrived, but no change once fitted. I guess it’s the breakout board next
