Help :Ender 5 - Poor quality print.

Hey all at forum credit.
I’m new at 3d printing, so I hope someone can help me a little bit.
I tried to calibrate my printer by following some guides " example, testlawgicau ( teachingtechyt )
" but I’m not satisfied, what I’m doing wrong?

Info :
Ender 5 bought used.
useing petg and pla.
E, X, Y and Z steps - should be okay, I used a digital calipers.

Which model Ender 5? I have an Ender 5 plus which is quite different from the Ender 5 S1 or Pro.
