For now, I’ve done the following:
This is a very strange problem. i have 3 ender 3v3 plus and i have no issue with the rest

I spoke with Creality and they gave me the lastest firmware
-
I calibrated
-
I’m using official printer gcodes, like Benchy
-
I never touched anything unusual on the printer
-
I checked all connections are OK
-The printer is only 4 months old
-I’m waiting for Creality engineers to respond via email.
