So to put this simply I’m very stuck on whats wrong.
My school has an Ender 3 Pro which doesn’t work. They have given it to me to try and diagnose the issue in my spare time.
The issue is when you go to Auto Home, you can hear all the stepper motors engage with a sort of “thud”. After that an error message appears saying that the homing has failed and the motors cannot be moved by hand.
I followed, watched and tried every troubleshooting video and I cannot find a solution
I’ve tried to swap the wires with motors, same result, checking and adjusting the potentiometers to the right voltage, same result.
I’ve checked the voltages on the connections with a multimeter and get all the correct voltages. The wires are connected and working fine.
All fuses are intact, there is no loud grinding or clunking after the home test.
Send help. I’ve tried diagnosing this for 4 days straight with no luck.
