Help with falcon A1 10 w laser

Hi all I need some help please. We just bought the creality Falcon A1 on the 3 of Feb and have been using it for leather cutting and engraving (still new to laser) it was working fine until today we tried to engrave on stainless steel and put masking tape and black marker on the stainless and it did not engrave so we went back to cutting leather but it’s seem as if it’s lost strength or something it does not cut through the leather any more. We cleaned the lens just in case it was dirty but was fine. What can be the problem. Any advice will be greatly appreciated

Double check if the correct settings are used, try with default settings in Falcon Design Space. Not that it’s accidentally running in mm/s instead of mm/min now or something like that.
However, the A1 10W modules are known to fail sometimes, if it’s not better with the default settings write the customer support support@crealityfalcon.com and don’t mention the stainless steel just say it lost its cutting power…

Thank very much will give it a try
