Hi there! New to the laser engraving world. I purchased a Falcon Pro 10w and it seemed like an easy set up. I have ran a few things through lightburn, but it will not let me use speed less or greater than 6000 mm/m. I have attempted to update the firmware with the tf card that came with it but will not update. Any assistance is much appreciated.
