Hi! No matter what I try, I can’t get rid of this error: FO2837 – Feed issue: filament may be jammed between the extruder sensor and the extruder gear.
I had the same problem this weekend and it was because I hadn’t replaced the silica beads in the CFS and the humidity was running around 48% once I change the beads humidity went down to 23% and I’ve had no more feed problems from any of the CFS units
I recently had a similar problem with my K2. The problem may be:-
1. There is a piece of filament stuck in the extruder.
2. The filament break detector is faulty.
There is a wiki on how to disassemble the extruder to remove any filament pieces.
Also another on how to replace the filament detector.
In my case it was the filament detector that was faulty. I had a replacement extruder.

This has become a constant problem in my second CFS on my K2 Pro.
Each time I have to disassenble the bottom of the CFS unit and poke through pieces of filament. This becomes a real PITA due to sensors and gears jamming th passages from both sides. I have had to disassemble this CFS more than 20 times now due to broken pieces of filament. The silica in the CFS cannot be dried out due to melting the tiny balls and/or the bag. Fresh silica bags can only dehydrate to about 31% RH for the first few hours and then their capacity resumes to their nominal 39% RH. Either way the filament in the tubes is the problem. With so much friction the retraction process breaks the filament inside the tubes.
I believe after so many jams and the machine pulling so hard on the spools the sensors or extrusion mechanisms may be bent and making the problem worse.
This CFS system is probably the worse multi-colour technique that has been invented. Proof positive is the avoidance of this style of system from most other manufacturers and even Creality has now created a whole different system for multi-colour feed ie:Spark i8. Time will tell once the thousands of users begin to test the unit.
I am currently attempting to contact support. I may have to scrap this CFS and use another machine to do multi-colour.
I had the same problem and found thefeed tubes int eh CFs were severly worn and I had to replace all 4 pfte tubes.
