I have a Creality SparkX i7 3D printer. When it homs, it goes to clean the nozzle, but immediately afterward, I see it lower itself a lot, almost scratching the print bed. I think this is wearing down the nozzle. Then it homs again and gives an error. It doesn’t give the error every time, but I do see it lower itself a lot to the print bed to clean the nozzle.
Hello. Take a photo of the error code and look up the possible cause and solution based on that number; the Creality wiki has a detailed description. If nothing helps, contact support—they are always ready to assist. My nozzle also scrapes against the PEI plate during calibration, even though there are no error messages.
The nozzle is hardend steel and scraping the print bed will not wear down the nozzle. The only reason the i7 does this is to clean the nozzle prior to homing.

A mi no me deja hacer más nada raspa igual y falla la calibración no sé qué hacer y apenas la compré no he podido ni imprimir nada
Hello, try contacting support, describe the problem and error numbers, and I’m sure they’ll help you. There are problems with the altitude level. There may be problems with the altitude sensors.
