Horizontal lines not cutting through

Hi! I’m having an issue with my Creality Falcon 2 Pro-22 watts when cutting lines, and I can’t figure out what could it be. The thing is, when cutting a square, e.g., in a 3 mm plywood, the vertical lines are cut all the way through, but the horizontal ones don’t. The settings are the same I’ve been using since day one, and this problem started recently. Checked belt tension and cleaned laser module, but it keeps happening. I thank any comment that may help me with this inconvenience!

Make sure he laser is perfectly in focus, for 3mm you would use the top step of the focusing piece that came with it. There could be a slight difference if you’re just on the edge with the power and speed settings of what cuts through and what does not because the laser spot is not square but a rectangle so in one direction it delivers more power per area when passing than in the other. 22W should cut 3mm at around 500mm/min.
