I am experiencing problems with printing and removed the hot end and levelling sensor to discover that the small insulating block had completely disintegrated. I have ordered a new hotend and levelling sensor and need to know if either of them come with an insulating block. I am struggling to get an answer from Customer services who keeping asking questions but do not answer what I think is a simple question. Does anyone know the answer?
