My Ender 3 V3 SE has been leaking from the top of the hot end. I took it all apart and I see that the nozzle is sealed to the end of the heat break tube inside the heat block. However I don’t see any way the at the top of the heat break where it goes into the heat sink is sealed.
The Teflon tube inside the print head that goes up into the extruder is about an 1/8" shorter than it could be so there is no seal near the top of the heat break tube and I think it should be a tight seal as YouTube videos show that as an issue with other Enders.
The other issue I have after taking it apart is the lenght of the print head is adjustable with screws up through the heater block to the heat sink and there is a set screw in holding the heat block tube into the heat sink. It looks as that is and adjustment to compress and seal the teflon tube or it is a nozzle offset adjustment. Can you help me with both of theses issues? Thanks
