I am new to the community and not sure where to post this so, please excuse my ignorance if I break any rules.
The issue I have is with my Ender 3v3. In my area I have no access to spare parts. I would need to replace the hotend control board (SKU:4004010253). I lost control of the model cooling fan due to a failed component. Is there a way to get the electronic schematics somewhere? Power to the fan is provided by this component that I can’t identify. It’s an SMD in SOT23-3 package with the laser etching showing 4340 and what seems to be H3 sideways. I have tried different resource to no avail. Some are suggesting the component to be a P-channel MOSFET.
If anyone has an idea it would be great.
