Can someone help, I bought a CR 10 Smart pro. After setting up and trying to level the bed the hotend did not come close to the print bed.
I did the manual and then auto levelling as per the instructions and all was fine. When I started printing the hotend droped down to about 3mm off the bed.
I can not adjust the bed any higher as the bolts come out.
How do i fix this?
