How do I create a support ticket with Creality?

Hi everyone,

I’m new to the Creality forums and was wondering what the correct process is to open an official support ticket if I end up needing one.

Is there a specific support portal or account I need to use, or is it handled through the forum somehow? If possible, a link to the correct page and any tips on what info to include (printer model, serial number, logs, photos, etc.) would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance! I just want to make sure I’m doing it the right way if I need to contact support.

from what i’m aware (and have used to contact support) it’s only through email - cs@creality.com

there is also chat option i think but i’ve not used that one before - Creality Service

If the issue is software and you have access to gethub you can zero in on the bugs of a specific product here: Creality · GitHub The rules for submitting a software bug in gethub are pretty specific. It is really designed for software developers, but who knows, @Sculptor7481 might have some software chops, eh?

also on gethub they list techsupport@creality.com as the email address, but I suspect it goes to the same mailbox as cs@creality.com
