Im battling to lubricate the Z axis drive shafts. Does anyone have an easy fix?
I use a cotton bud with a blob of grease on it and feed it into the gap in the tower. Works for me!
Hi! You can find all the information about printer maintenance on the Creality Wiki. As far as I can see, there is nothing about lubricating the shafts — only the lead screw. Maybe the shafts don’t need to be lubricated.
Have you encountered any problems that might indicate the shafts need lubrication?

The best way is to remove them from the printer, then using a COTTON RAG remove all the old lubricant and apply a layer of new lubricant all around the screws, then travel the collar in which the screw rotate to move the gantry to distribute the lubricant all along. Remove excess and put all parts together.
