Hi. New 3D owner here! We have an Ender-3 VE KE. Was working fine. I have 2 issues and I am so lost in looking these issues out and how to fix. Firstly, why when using the Creality desktop windows app, or even on my iPhone app when I slice and send as a print file does it change the the dimensions set? Which are outside the heatbed size even tho the settings match the printer? Other issue is auto leveling is throwing prints out, I’m confused and from what I have read you have to remove the heatbed and adjust and or replace the spacers? If this is the case how do you then attach the heatbed back to the printer without throwing the leveling out? Picture below. Hope this makes sense.
