my hotend died during print due to a cable break.
Now I’ve got a new one and i want to remove the filament tube. In the youtube videos it seems easy, but mine are stuck. Is it, because the filament is still inside? What can I do? Cut it off? But how am I able to insert a new one? The holders don’t come out

It looks like that cap is broken from trying to pull it out. You need to push that black cap in while pulling the tube out. Try that.
Thank you Jim, worked like a charm. They should mention it in the tutorial.
I was able to remove the broken plastic part. So I need not only a new tube, but also a new socket.
This looks very different to what I pulled out. But I don’t find anything else… Will it fit? Caption says it’s comparibe with the Ender 3 series, but it’s not from Creality itself. I’m unsure.
