I have had recent difficulties with my K1c upgraded for CFS–it was doing fine, but now is getting repeat multiple cutter head failures. I have ordered replacement cutter parts, but I can’t figure out how to get the cutter head out of there. Has anyone done this, and are there any thoughts? There is a small screw near there but it appears to be holding in the line sensor–with the tiniest screw ever. I’m sure if I try to remove this I’ll never get it back in (eyeglass screw size if not smaller looking).
I got a capable tech support person who gave me this link which shows that the cover pops off–problem solved. You don’t have to play with the sensor or anything.
