Does anyone know why the k1 doesn’t extrude well when using hyper pla-cf through the Teflon tubing? I’m trying to print with it, but the friction is too much, it seems, so it won’t extrude well.
I run TPU through the PTFE tubing, from a dryer and it prints fine (ok a different printer but same system) unless the filament is at the top end of tolerance I can’t see why it shouldn’t print.
Okay, I’ll keep trying, might be too small a nozzle for the cf to push through properly.
Seems to be 50/50 whether 0.4 works or 0.6 is preferred, depends what you read.
This is what keeps happening, I’m using recommend print settings (190-220°c with speed of 30-300mm/s) with a 0.25mm line spacing.
That’s a bummer man. I have a K1 Max and I think it does ok, but needs improvement on fine detailed prints.
Did you ever get this resolved?
