I cant set the temperatures!

I’ve just about had it with this stupid machine. Im going back to my Bambu models.
Running the Creality Ender 3V3 KE
No matter what I try, on the app or the machine or the computer, whenever I try to set the nozzle temp to 200 or 220 in line with the filament suggestion, it always goes back to 180 and the hotbed wont let it go to 65 it just stays at like 20.
WTF am i doing wrong?! This stupid machine has been nothing but problematic since we got it. Help?!

Hello Crystal_Ediger,

What slicer are you using and have you modified the generic version of the filament to work at the temperatures you want ?

If you are using CP version 6xxx it doesn’t surprise me; I prefer to use Orca for my Creality printer (when I do use it).
