Shipping damage is insane 3 printers have arrived damaged. One I would say totaled and this one close to it the frame may well be damaged the bed totally is damaged which makes me want to check my other printer.
The shipping screws are useless when the bed separates from the very bracket it’s fastened to.
Not to mention the door was off if its hinges this time.
Woah, that is some rough handling by delivery! Those plastic covers with the yellow arrows are just covers. But the mounting post for the bed?! That must have taken some force!
Is there a MicroCenter near you? Or Amazon?
I purchased mine through The Creality Store on Amazon. The 3rd party delivery service freight truck ran through our yard and crushed our sprinkler system. Thankfully it was caught on Ring, and Amazon comped us…

Creality are sending me new door, New bottom brackets and new heated bed.
Needs new hot bed new bed frame new brackets new z axis motor / spindle. Should have just come in parts.
I am amazed at the tolerance others have.
I would have requested for the broken items to be picked up for return and a full refund.
It may very well be that the courier is at fault, but, the company that sold them are the ones that used that courier and it is therefore on THEM.
Sorry, but there is “NO WAY” I would simply take that.

I was a little mad the delivery never came at the door. Needed to drive to a dhl stock room 40miles . But it was in perfect condition not even a scrach on the packaging. When i see this i am happy i picked it up myself
