I stupidly trusted a friend of a neighbor to help me with a creality HI printer that was acting up. He did not fix it, but instead removed all the wires that attach to the small board at the front of the extruder unit. Then believe it or not he accidentally threw them away. Not only that but worked on a second creality hi and those wires got thrown away as well. So as far as I know right now I have two printers that I can’t use because they’re missing the wires that plug into that board. I’m trying to find replacements for those boards. I can’t believe I’m going to have to throw this printers away because of those stupid little wires. Can you please help me or shoot me whichever makes more sense to you.
The friend of your neighbour sounds like a complete twit. Surely Creality Customer Services can help you out with this. Sorry I can’t be of more help.
