I'm quitting creality forever

My 7 month journey with the Creality K2 plus is over. I’m quitting this company forever. This is my third Creality printer, and I’ll never be back. The printer itself is ok, but the cfs is just hot garbage. And, worse than the cfs is the awful response and help from creality support. I am fully within the warranty period for my cfs until, and I get nothing but the run around. I have provided every bit of info, photo, and video they’ve requested, and the “help” just isn’t there. This was a waste of $1500. I hope this serves as warning to anyone who’s on the fence as to which printer to buy. NOTHING from this company!

CFS units definitely need help. I was just wondering if you tried the, clip a ring off the spring trick? I have 10 CFS units currently and have had issues with all of them until I shortened the spring and knock on wood, they have been running perfectly since.

I had several exasperating issues with my CFS in my first half year of ownership, the major ones being of my making eg taking it apart further than was necessary following a blockage and then damaging the motor board to Main board cable on reassembly. I did not realize the cable was damage until I had replaced all 4 of the filament drive motors sent to me by Creality. The other problem was repeatedly trying to use old (brittle) filament and having it break inside the CFS. Since relegating older filament to the side spool the CFS has worked fine. I’ve had very good response from Creality over my CFS issues (much better than I had wth my CR10). I also had what I thought what was a fail with a Creality Vacuum storage Kit where the USB rechargeable pump stopped working which Creality replaced in short order. The second pump also stopped working and it was then I realized that my laptop does not charge any old USB rechargeable device. So now I have 2 working Vac kits. The Instructions for the pump could do with a note about it not being rechargeable from some devices. Since sorting out the CFS my main issues more recently with the printer have been problems following upgrade to the latest firmware but since going back to the previous one all is currently good.
