This is a Blue anodized aluminum dog tag from a falcon A1 10w machine. When looking at the finished product in your hands, it looks really good. Look at it under a magnifier or enlarge a photo and this is what it really looks like. Are there setting I can change to get a sharper image?
Are you using Lightburn? There are Overscanning offsets you can enter there to align the laser passes.
