How can I improve the air assist on a Falcon 2 40w? Can the nozzle be improved?
First make sure there is no tight bending radius on the tube going from the pump to the laser head. Normally the air assist is strong enough, you would probably need a stronger pump to improve it further.
And by reducing the diameter of the nozzle orifice,?
I don’t think that helps.
