In search of part - belt tensioner - Ender 3 S1

I bought an Ender 3 S1 used. I immediately broke the tensioner for the belt that moves the plate. I have contacted support but they say they cannot sell me the part because they have no inventory. They say to check the Accessories section of the Canadian website, but it is not listed there. Any ideas on how I can get this part? It is part # 2102011739 Y Belt Adjustment Assembly. Does anyone have a used one they would sell me?
